Ikebana Flower hosts exhibition of student flower arrangements

NASHUA
– Ikebana Flower, 95 West Pearl St., will sponsor its second annual
Japanese flower arrangement show featuring the flower arrangement works
of Ikebana students on Friday and Saturday.
The exhibit will be open from 1-5 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. A reception will be held Friday from 5-7 p.m.
Ikebana
Flower is a flower boutique that specializes in Japanese flower
arrangements featuring exotic flowers and orchids. It received a Best
of NH for 2005 award for Best Exotic Flowers from the NH Magazine.
Its owner, Antoinette Drouart, is a member of Ikebana International and a certified Sogetsu Ikebana teacher.
She
offers weekly Japanese flower arrangement classes where students can
learn the art of Ikebana, which means, “living flowers.”
